What I can’t work out without:

MY GYM BAG ESSENTIALS

Whether your new here or a regular in the gym, having your gym bag set and packed with all the essentials is a must and can make a huge difference to your gym workout.

After all, when you’re ready to open up my app BB66, you want to have everything ready to go and give your all.

I often get asked a lot what I take to the gym and what are my essentials so I thought I’d add them here for you all. Let me know what you think and I hope you find it helpful.

What do I wear?

My go-to outfit would have to be my favourite brand at the moment Echt Apparell. I find these are great for me as they’re so comfy, and for my long legs. They also come with high waist styles which I love! I wear leggings and crop top mostly.

My new addition to running would be my New Balance 740 for my Hybrid Training and Running. I find they give me great support and don’t rub. I personally feel having a good supportive pair of shoes is a must when it comes to training. With my New Balance 740, I feel they are true to size, if anyone’s also wondering the fit.

Socks, I wear a low ankle thick heel quality. Usually Nike or Kappa.

My Bag Accessory Essentials

I have many things in my bag I couldn’t be without. Firstly would be my fitted gloves. Doing a lot of gripping on weights etc I find I couldn’t be without these. Also the ankle straps for the kickback, for me they’re essential as the gym ones don’t sit right for me and I would recommend anyone looking to level up there leg day - add these!

Then of course my headphones, water bottle, a gym towel and some change. Never know if I might wanna grabs a snack in the way out.

Beauty Tips and Hacks

I like to have some facial cleanser wipes in my bag and some spray for at the end so I can wipe my face over after my session and a little spray to refresh on the way out.

Tech - I literally am obsesed with my Garmin. I find it’s so much better than other brands as I feel it gives me more of a in depth experience with my health and stats. I’ve had other brands but the battery life on garmin is also above all other brands.

Then of course I log all my workouts, stats, reps, weights on my app BB66 as it’s so simple and easy to use. It also links to my garmin and other Fitbit’s such as Fitbit and Apple and tracks all my weight, sleep, steps and all my food in one place which is super handy and helps me stay on track.
